The last time the government tried to take over healthcare, groups of doctors opened hospital systems and called it Blue Cross and Blue Shield. It killed the legislation. That’s what BHO is afraid of!

Just curious about where the bill states that physician owned hospitals are not available for Medicare & Medicaid patients. I work with hospitals so this would be helpful. Section & paragraph info would be helpful.
